Roundtable: Potential and challenges of AI for public administrations

Informations sur l'événement

17 June 2021

11:00 - 12:30

The use of AI in public organizations is still marginal. The specificities of public administration may explain this gap with private sector companies. However, the potential for using AI for public administration is high and diverse. This roundtable will present the potential of AI for the public sector and provide food for thought on the issues and challenges that public organizations undertaking AI introduction projects may face. These include the ability of governments to adapt to new technologies and the acceptability of employed individuals and service users.

This roundtable is organized by OBVIA, in collaboration with the Chaire de recherche sur l’administration publique à l’ère numérique
